Role: Telco Sales Agent Salary: £26,000 basic + OTE up to £45k Location: London (Liverpool Street) At Bionic, we're making life radically easier for small business owners. To support our continued growth and exciting plans, we’re looking for a Telco Sales Agent to join our Telco closing team and help convert qualified inbound leads from business owners who are actively looking to switch their telecommunications contracts. The role As a Telco Sales Agent in our closing team, you’ll be working with real-time, pre-qualified leads passed over by our sales agents. These are small business owners who’ve already shown interest – your job is to guide them through their options, build trust, and close the deal. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As the Telco Sales Agent your key responsibilities will be: Receive and close warm, qualified leads from our web sales team in real time Understand customer needs and match them with tailored telco solutions Search, present, and recommend the most suitable telco contracts available Build strong customer relationships, acting as their trusted telco advisor Follow up at agreed times to maintain engagement and move deals forward Meet and exceed sales targets – daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs Cross-sell into additional services such as energy, water, and insurance Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture on our award-winning sales floor About you: You’re a natural closer with a passion for helping customers and a hunger for success.
