Tele Marketing Executive – Business Loan     Department Business Loan Location Thane Reporting Relationship Tele Caller Position Grade E0     Job Role   * Obtaining and updating list of contact details of the clients.  * Local calling to customers and pitching them about the Business loan offerings. * Calling active clients to encourage them to take up the offer.  * Addressing client’s uncertainties, grievances and suggestions on time. * Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sale.  * Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.    Job Requirement   * Qualification- Graduate * Good Communication skills * Courteous and polite with customer service orientation * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
