JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated Caller to join our team at a business setup company in Dubai. The ideal candidate should already have their own visa and possess strong communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have your own visa (residency or freelance visa).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding business setup services.
• Provide information, answer inquiries, and schedule meetings with consultants.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets.
