Key Responsibilities: ● Make outbound calls to prospective clients to book webinar slots. ● Follow up with clients who have confirmed their availability for the webinar. ● Engage with clients post-webinar to assess their interest in counseling sessions with the sales team. ● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. ● Provide necessary details regarding the webinar and counseling sessions to clients. ● Achieve daily/weekly call targets and ensure quality interactions with clients. Requirements: ● Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role. ● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. ● Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or any regional language. ● Ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone. ● Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. ● A positive and professional attitude with a customer-centric approach.
