JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making daily outbound calls to prospects, converting leads, scheduling appointments, and providing follow-ups through phone and email.
This is a target-driven role with a strong focus on communication, sales, and relationship building. Candidates with their own visa (visit/spouse/freelance) and ready to join immediately will be given priority.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Own visa (spouse/freelance/visit) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of telecalling / telesales / call center experience.
  • Excellent spoken communication in English (Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills – Excel, Word, CRM tools, or sales dashboards.
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate, digital marketing, visa services, or banking sales is a plus.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • UAE-based candidates only (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, etc.).

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000/month (based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls daily.
  • Promote services/products to potential customers professionally and persuasively.
  • Convert cold/warm leads into qualified appointments or clients.
  • Handle follow-up communication via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Work closely with sales/marketing team to improve lead quality and response rate.
  • Reach daily/weekly targets for call volumes and appointments.
  • Handle basic inbound inquiries when required.
  • Share daily and weekly reporting to supervisors/team leads.
