Hildon Ltd is looking for a Tele sales Account administrator to join our Sales team, to maintain current customers, to bring in new business and to carry out general administrative requirements for the principal. This role is office based and no hybrid working is offered.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience sales position preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management – build and maintain relationships with our existing wholesale and HORECA customer base.
  • Assist with new customer enquiries, making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads
  • Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Research leads for premium venues in the HORECA sector
  • Administration for Sales Team
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Creating and maintaining a database to ensure regular Account Management/ keeping an eye on customer ordering patterns.
  • Using our SAP database, ensure customer information is up to date and all activities recorded
