POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Telesales – CRM Executive to support our real estate operations in Dubai. This role combines outbound telesales and lead handling responsibilities to support the sales team and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in managing real estate leads, nurturing client relationships, and maintaining CRM data with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Major Tasks I Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

1–2 years’ experience in telesales or CRM-focused roles, preferably within the UAE real estate sector.
Proficient in English speaking and additional languages will be advantage.
Proven experience in handling real estate leads .
Familiarity with RERA, OQOOD, Mollak and real estate documentation processes is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong client-focused attitude.
Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and follow through with high attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
