We are looking for a warm, confident, and proactive Tele-Sales & Customer Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating leads, and guiding clients through their buying journey in the luxury design sector.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Nurture and convert incoming leads from enquiries, quotes, and showroom visits.
  • Follow up on prospects to drive both rug sales / service bookings.
  • Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
