JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Tele-Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our services, and generating sales leads and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a passion for customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Spouse visa / Dependent Visa candidates will be preferred.
  • Previous experience in the Environmental Sector is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations.
  • High level of professionalism, motivation, and drive.
  • Must be a female candidate.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in handling outbound calls and cold calling.
  • A strong interest in sales and a desire to learn and grow.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree is a Must.
