JOB DESCRIPTION:

An opportunity has arisen for the position of Tele Sales Executive with the Irish Examiner Group, working within a fast paced, evolving and dynamic media environment.
This role is responsible for maximising classified advertising revenue, working in our busy Media Solutions Classifieds team, processing and upselling inbound orders, and canvassing outbound activity. Applicants should have customer service experience, excellent communication skills and have the ability to respond rapidly in a fast-moving media environment.
The Tele Sales team work across a rota including bank holiday cover. This is a hybrid role based in our Cork office.
The role will be a one year fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in a Customer Service Context
• Availability to Work across a Rota (including Providing Bank Holiday Cover when Required).
• Ability to Maintain Standards in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Excellent Communication Skills
