Holidayys.com is looking for a Tele-Sales Executive to handle calls, emails, and live chats, promoting inbound holiday programs, outbound travel packages, visa services, and ticketing. This role involves working with agents across multiple distribution channels to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to emails/live chats.
• Promote and sell travel packages, visa services, and ticketing.
• Build customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3+ years in customer service, with 2+ years in a B2C/B2B role preferred.
• Prior experience in travel or tourism sales is an advantage.
