And now, we’re looking for someone to take our Outbound Tele Sales team to the next level with a brand-new role: Job Description What You’ll Be Doing Leading, coaching, and developing a team of ~10 outbound telesales representatives Driving outbound prospecting activities to generate qualified leads from multiple channels (calls, emails, social platforms, networking, etc.) Leveraging Hubspot and other tools to build, filter, and segment prospect databases effectively Supporting the team in transforming cold leads into long-term paying customers Defining sales targets, tracking KPIs, and monitoring team performance Continuously improving sales processes through actionable, data-driven insights Recruiting and onboarding new outbound sales talent Creating a collaborative, high-performance culture and sharing best practices Qualifications We’d Love to Meet You If You have a strong background in telesales and outbound prospecting (must-have) You’ve already led a sales team for at least 3 years You know how to design and scale lead generation processes from scratch You’re fluent in concepts like outbound sales funnels, prospecting strategies, CRM management, and reporting You’re fluent in English You’re confident with data, targeting, and segmentation—but also a true people person You’re motivated by the opportunity to grow and mentor a performance-driven sales team If you’re ready to lead with purpose, create new growth opportunities, and make a lasting impact in the health tech space, we’d love to meet you.
