The role involves connecting with potential clients, promoting property listings, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce property options
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about available properties
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate details
• Follow up with leads to schedule meetings for property consultants
• Build rapport with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales, or similar role (real estate experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
• Ability to handle rejections positively and keep a professional tone
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
• Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Russian are an advantage)
