• Direct the leads to the field sales team when required
• Find fresh sales opportunities through cold calls, or email.
• Route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure.
• Connect with the potential customer or the businesses via telephone to promote services
• Explain the benefits of the services to potential clients.
• Deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the specific individuals.
• Get customers details that include names, position, phone numbers, etc. for further process.
• Maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
  Job Requirements:

Urgently looking for a smart and energetic female candidate to join our team as telecaller .

• Candidate should be female
• Must have own or sponsored visa
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, listening skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Proficient in Windows-based software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Customer service experience in a call center for banking or financial services or business setup companies
• Fluent in English , Malayalam or Hindi

Location : DIP 1
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
