We are looking for a confident and results driven tele caller to handle incoming calls,make outbound calls,follow upon inquiries and convert prospects into confirmed sales or clients. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and a persuasive approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Attend and incoming calls professionally.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries
• explain about products or services clearly and accurately
• Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed sales or clients
• answer questions and resolve basic queries from callers
• Maintain a polite ,professional and positive attitude during calls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Prior experience in tele calling or customer interaction is preferred
• Strong English communication skills(verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations
