REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Professional phone etiquette and a strong command of both English and Arabic are a must for this role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on incoming inquiries.
• Promote and provide information about properties and real estate services.
• Qualify leads and schedule property viewings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients over the phone.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing campaigns and promotions.
