JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages are an advantage) and possess previous experience in the real estate industry. This position involves engaging with potential clients, promoting property listings, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English and Arabic (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Proven experience in the real estate industry (telecalling, sales, or customer service)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage objections effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries
• Present property details in a clear, professional, and engaging manner
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client information in the CRM
• Follow up with leads to build relationships and convert prospects into clients
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize business opportunities
