Job Summary: Tracks accounts, costs, and contractual agreements for all enterprise data and telecom circuits managed by the corporate office. Monitors for changes in pricing and contract renewal dates. Provides data for contract negotiation purposes. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Bachelor's Degree: Preferred Three years' technical experience: Preferred Two years' accounting or billing experience: Preferred Three years' telecommunications experience: Preferred Essential Functions: Maintains relationships with vendor contacts in order to resolve complaints and to report the status of the relationship to senior management. Monitors vendor compliance with contractual obligations and measures performance based on company criteria. Maintains data source that monitors pricing, charges, terms, and additional fees on all telecom and data circuits overseen and fiscally managed by corporate office. Participates in the selection and implementation of IT supplier sourcing strategies to ensure high quality, on time delivery, and cost competitiveness. Solicits, receives and analyzes proposals, quotations, and tenders submissions and recommends selection of suppliers in accordance with corporate policies and legal compliance. Maintains service level agreements with various end-user departments and enterprise business units. Assumes responsibility for problem assessment and resolution. Tracks, trends, and reports financial data by circuit, site, and vendor. Provides necessary telecom expense data to leadership in a concise and timely manner. Analyzes existing methods and develops alternatives to increase operations and production efficiency. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
