Job Description: We are seeking a Telecom Engineer with strong technical foundations and the ability to work effectively within a software-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have solid telecom engineering education, at least 3 years of experience, strong English communication skills, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams. Responsibilities: Support telecom-related system integrations, configurations, and troubleshooting within software platforms. Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth communication workflows and system performance. Analyze telecom network requirements and provide technical insights to improve system reliability and efficiency. Translate business and technical requirements into telecom configurations or solutions. Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of telecom-related features or APIs. Document processes, configurations, and technical findings clearly and accurately. Provide technical support for telecom issues and coordinate with external partners or vendors when needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in telecom engineering or network/telecom operations. Strong understanding of telecom networks, protocols, and system architecture. Good command of English (spoken and written). Basic technical background suitable for software-centric environments (e.g., APIs, networking fundamentals, system integrations). Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
