  • Fluency in English and Norwegian, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

Within this position, your key tasks will be to:

  • Lead development, operation, maintenance, and improvement of safe solutions, systems, technologies, and work processes within HVAC heating, ventilation and air conditioning’s systems.
  • Support and guide development, integrity and implementation of technology and technical solutions in projects fulfilling scientific, engineering and safety standards.
  • Assist in formulation and executing of activity and operational plans.
  • Apply advanced research/scientific and design methodologies to enable the development and improvement of HVAC heating, ventilation and air conditioning’s system’s technology related systems, and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific business needs and transform them into actionable plans while staying updated with relevant industry trends.
  • Lead collaboration within cross-functional teams to identify the root causes of problems, and implement corrective actions, technologies or methods.
  • Collaborate across multiple operations, project development and research/technology development teams to identify and evaluate new methods for operational excellence, reduction of cost and environmental footprint.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development within teams and provide mentorship to other professionals.
