We are a growing Telecommunications & IT solutions provider specializing in structured cabling & fiber optic systems, CCTV, Access Control, Fire/Burg Alarm – Intrusion, CX, and more. As a smaller, fast-moving company, we value initiative, creative problem-solving, and a results-driven mindset.
We’re looking for a sales professional who can help us grow by securing new business and developing long-term client relationships. This role is 100% commission-based with unlimited earning potential, supported by incentives for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-directed, and thrives in a performance-driven environment where results directly impact income.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in technology sales, preferably within the B2B sector
  • Strong management skills with the ability to work alone
  • Experience in account management and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics
  • Ability to conduct effective product demos that resonate with potential clients
  • Experience in lead generation, territory sales, inside sales, and retail sales is an asset
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales to generate new business opportunities
  • Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our technology solutions
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and inform territory management strategies
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to report on progress and strategize for future growth
