Description Project Manager – Telecom Construction Company: RLM Underground Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role RLM Underground is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee telecom construction projects from planning through closeout. This role requires strong communication, consistent follow-through, and the ability to coordinate field crews, vendors, and clients in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Requirements Required Qualifications Previous experience in telecom, utility, or construction project management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to follow through on tasks and manage competing priorities High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to stay composed and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and documentation Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed Experience managing underground telecom or fiber construction projects Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and utility coordination Understanding of field operations and crew workflows
