We are looking for a talented and personable individual, to become a Telecom Sales Trainee, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales efforts and ensuring all customer transactions and interactions are done with integrity, passion, and positiveness, showcasing the company’s professional standards of operation. The Telecom Sales Trainee will receive thorough hands-on training, gain real-world experience and develop extensive skillsets and sales knowledge to drive their career forward.

As a Telecom Sales Trainee, you will:

• Become the main point of contact between the brand and the customer, providing information about existing plans, products, and services, and highlighting key features, creating tailored presentations, and identifying potential for sales.
• Suggest pricing plans tailored to the customer’s needs, creating opportunities to boost sales with complementary and upgrading products, all while reaching the client’s revenue goals.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and retention at an all-time high with our proven strategies and methods, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Manage new client acquisition, follow up with inquiries promptly, and communicate effectively, actively providing solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Ensure all transactions are done within our compliance guidelines and regulations, fostering relationships with the utmost respect and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the Telecom Sales Trainee team and upper management, sharing best practices, and mutual understanding in order to achieve the company’s sales goals.

The qualifications and requirements to be a Telecom Sales Trainee:

• 0-2 years of previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, sales, retail sales, or account management.
• Strong communicator, in written and verbal form, who can clearly convey information.
• Positive self-starter who enjoys collaborating with peers and working independently.
• Solution-oriented and detailed individual, passionate about solving problems.
• Progress-driven person, who is looking to advance in the company, and develop themselves professionally.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other Wireless Sales team members and various departments.

This position involves sales and customer service with initial training provided. Please note this position is an uncapped commission role with the potential for high earnings.
This is a commission based role with on target earning potential of $41,600-$62,400 per year.
Each sale commissions average $50-170 (plus bonuses).
