Job Description Lead the delivery of ITSM solutions, with strong focus on ServiceNow implementations Manage end-to-end service delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction Design and oversee functional and technical solutions based on service processes Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams across different project phases Ensure integration between ServiceNow and other systems (monitoring, performance, failures) Oversee system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, JDBC, or similar technologies Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication Drive continuous improvement and service optimization Manage IT projects using agile and traditional methodologies Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or similar 4–6 years of professional experience in ITSM platform implementations, preferably ServiceNow Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Asset/CMDB, Request Management, Service Catalog) Proven experience in functional and technical design of service-based information systems Knowledge of monitoring, performance, and fault management tools and their integration with ITSM platforms Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, JDBC, etc.) Ability to technically lead initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Critical thinking, results-driven mindset, and strong ownership Fluent in English (spoken and written) Experience in IT project management using agile and traditional methodologies Additional Information The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
