Job Description We are looking for a Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer to join a technology team within a demanding and high-availability environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and operation of distributed systems based on Unix architectures, ensuring reliability and performance. You will manage and maintain on-premises Kubernetes clusters, implement and continuously improve DevOps practices, and design, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines. You will also oversee monitoring, observability and logging, troubleshoot complex incidents, and support cross-functional technical initiatives across the infrastructure landscape. Qualifications Strong experience with Unix/Linux systems administration Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker (on-prem environments) Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins or similar) Experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible) Monitoring, observability and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack – Elasticsearch, Kibana) Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, LDAP, etc.) Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis Scripting skills (Bash, Python or similar) Experience working with open-source technologies Git for version control Additional Information The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
