Job Description Develop and implement Tibco-based solutions to support our telecommunications infrastructure; Design, code, test, and debug complex software applications using Tibco BusinessWorks and related tools; Integrate various systems and APIs to ensure seamless communication across our telecom platforms; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications; Optimize existing Tibco applications for improved performance and scalability; Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments; Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Tibco technologies and telecom industry trends; Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards; Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in Tibco development, preferably in the telecommunications industry; Strong proficiency in Tibco software suite, including BusinessWorks, EMS, and BW6; Solid programming skills in Java, C++, and XML; In-depth knowledge of telecommunications protocols and systems; Experience with API development and integration; Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; Strong understanding of database management systems; Tibco certifications are preferred.
