Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecom systems, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of equipment to identify and rectify issues proactively.
• Configure and optimize network equipment, including routers and switches, to enhance overall system performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A minimum of an associate degree in telecommunications, electronics, or a related field is essential.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or relevant telecom certifications are highly desirable.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically with installation and maintenance.
• Experience with fiber optics, VoIP systems, and wireless network technologies is preferred.
