We are seeking an experienced Avaya Network Engineer to design, implement, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Avaya voice and network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, security, and reliability of enterprise communication systems while providing technical support for voice, telephony, and associated network technologies.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with Avaya Aura, Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, Session Border Controller (SBC), VoIP, SIP, and enterprise networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Avaya IP Office.
• Support Avaya Contact Center Solutions / Avaya Experience Portal.
• Configure and troubleshoot Avaya SBCE (Session Border Controller for Enterprise).
• Support Avaya Aura and Avaya Communication Manager.
• Troubleshoot voice, SIP, VoIP, and call connectivity issues.
• Work with network teams to resolve LAN/WAN and connectivity issues.
• Support integration between Avaya and Cisco Unified Communications environments.
• Perform system upgrades, configuration changes, and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation and system configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Avaya IP Office.
• Experience with Avaya Contact Center Solutions or Avaya Experience Portal.
• Experience with Avaya SBCE.
• Experience with Avaya Aura.
• Experience with Avaya Communication Manager.
• Knowledge of SIP and VoIP.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant Avaya/Cisco certifications are an advantage.
• Driving License is mandatory.
