POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Telecom Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic field operations team in the Austin region. In this role, you will install and configure telecom services for business clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth and efficient setup process. This position is ideal for someone who is both technically skilled and customer-focused.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technically adept with a strong understanding of telecom products and services
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (fieldwork required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Previous experience in telecom or IT installations is highly preferred

• Install and troubleshoot 5G internet systems, VoIP phones (both physical and soft phones), and mobility lines
• Provide on-site customer support and technical assistance during installations
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience with professional, timely, and efficient service
• Educate customers on system functionality to ensure satisfaction and successful handoff
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed installations and service calls
