Department IT Position Telecommunication Specialist Location Reko Diq SITE - Balochistan Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in telecommunication systems, network management, or related IT/telecom support. Requirements Hands-on experience with telecommunication equipment, including switches, routers, VHF/UHF systems, and VoIP platforms. Knowledge of wireless communication systems such as UHF/VHF, microwave links, and cellular networks. Ability to monitor network performance, troubleshoot telecommunication issues, and maintain system reliability. Familiarity with network configuration management, service contracts, and inventory control. Understanding of industry standards, regulations, and licensing requirements for telecommunication systems. Strong coordination, communication, and project support skills. Ability to plan and implement telecommunication projects or network expansions. Responsibilities Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to telecommunication systems. Coordinate with service providers and vendors for installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication services. Install, configure, and maintain telecommunication equipment, including switches, routers, VHF/UHF systems, and VoIP platforms.
