We are seeking a Call Center Specialist to maintain and improve our NICE inContact call center platform and capabilities.
This role requires a blend of technical skills in NICE CXone (or equivalent web-based
Call Center) development, troubleshooting, and support with a solid understanding of industry standard contact center best practices. The ideal candidate must have quantifiable experience with the NICE CXone (or equivalent web-based
Call Center) platform, features, and applications as well as the ability to solve complex technical challenges with innovative solutions in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of experience with the NICE inContact Call Center platform (or equivalent web-based Call Center).
  • Quantifiable experience with NICE CXone (or equivalent web-based Call Center) administration, ACD management, Studio design with IVR scripting, as well as report generation and management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to escalate issues that require executive attention.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
  • Proficiency in basic office skills: Google, Google Drive, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: From $42.00 per hour
