You ensure the reliable operation and monitoring of SDH and packet-based telecommunications assets (MPLS) as well as optical transport networks (WDM/OTN).
In incident and change management, you will actively participate and independently resolve pending incidents in coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders. In doing so, you will make a significant contribution to the stable operation of the communications network.
You independently monitor and analyze SDH and MPLS technologies and document events, malfunctions, and measures in the central ticketing and documentation system.
You configure, connect, and put communication services into operation.
In working groups, you actively contribute to the conceptual development of the news network.
Your profile
You have a completed degree, for example in electrical engineering or computer science, or a comparable qualification.
Prior experience with network technologies such as SDH and MPLS is advantageous.
You are willing to participate in on-call duty and optional shift work.
