• Travelling to businesses across the UK to install and maintain telephone and broadband systems, including Unify, NEC & Elevate
• Surveying sites and gathering customer requirements to ensure they are 100% satisfied
• Training customers so they can get the most out of their systems
• Testing equipment and systems before you leave site
• Configuring routers and other networking equipment
• Going above and beyond with service to wow everyone
• Completing reports on work completed before you leave the premises
• Communicating with the office
