Sales Executive Location: West Coast South Africa Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our diverse range of products and services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will identify business opportunities, present solutions to clients, and close deals to drive company growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to promote and sell product offerings. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for clients. Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively advise clients. Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain customer records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers. Qualifications & Skills Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling office automation, telecommunication services, CCTV products, access control systems, office supplies, software solutions, alternative energy products, or similar industries. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas effectively and persuasively. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to foster trust and rapport with clients. Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. B2B Sales: Experience in business-to-business sales is advantageous. Mobility: Possess a valid drivers license and own reliable transportation.
