JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecommunications systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cabling, low voltage systems, and relevant technical knowledge to ensure optimal performance of communication networks.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in cabling techniques and installation practices.
  • Experience with alarm system sales and installation is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to telecommunications equipment.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and low voltage applications.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware components and their integration within telecommunications systems.

  • Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper installation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Provide technical support as a service technician for both hardware and software related issues.
