• Installing and Maintaining Services: Help introduce Virgin Media services by pulling cables through underground networks and delivering fibre connections to customers’ properties.
• Customer Interaction: Discuss cable routing with customers to ensure smooth installation in their gardens before starting work.
• Upskilling to Fibre Networks: As part of Virgin Media’s expansion, you’ll have the opportunity to work on both underground and overhead fibre networks, developing your expertise in fibre installation.
• Growth into Construction Roles: Over time, you’ll grow into a qualified Construction Operative, helping repair and maintain the existing Virgin Media network.
• Working in a Safety-Conscious Environment: Adhere to Health and Safety regulations while working in both underground and overhead environments to ensure customer satisfaction.
