ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is a leading national telecommunications company, dedicated to training engineers to become highly skilled Fibre Splicers, Cabling Operatives, or Civils Operatives.
You will play a key role in delivering both practical and classroom-based training. You will also conduct assessments and accreditations for new and experienced engineers, ensuring their progress is tracked, documented, and delivered to the highest standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Deliver engaging theory and practical training sessions to telecoms engineers.
· Conduct assessments and accreditations in line with industry standards.
· Monitor learner progress, maintain accurate training records, and provide constructive feedback.
· Support and mentor trainees to help them succeed in their roles.
· Travel to other training centres (Warrington, Nuneaton, Leeds) when required.
