Due to our continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity available within our Operations Department for a Field Engineer.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Telecommunications Engineering
• A full UK driving license and must be aged 21 or over (for company vehicle insurance purposes)
• Strong IT skills with a good understanding of networking and telecommunications technologies
• Able to remain calm and perform well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• A genuine interest in technology, with a drive to learn and embrace innovation

Experience:

• Telecommunications: 2 years (required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install and maintain circle.cloud telephony systems and solutions at a superior standard within customer business premises.
• Ensure the functionality and performance of installed systems meet or exceed established standards.
• Work with a high degree of precision to install and deliver programmed solutions within the expected timeframes.
• Provide comprehensive on-site training to customers to ensure confident and effective use of their telephony systems
• Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues, performing on-site diagnostics and working within agreed timeframes to deliver timely solutions.
• Strive for excellence in providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the installation process.
• Conduct site surveys and gather technical requirements to design and implement effective telephony solutions tailored to client needs.
• Strictly adhere to company work instructions, navigating internal CRM systems, platforms, and addressing supplier escalations and customer complaints.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures, submitting all documentation and maintaining company equipment to the required standards.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:

At circle.cloud, we truly believe that we are able to offer an exceptional product and an extremely high level of service to our customers and to support our growth, we have an immediate requirement for an Experienced Engineer who will be primarily responsible for visiting customer sites, installing and maintaining internet-based phone systems and related network equipment, and training customers on how to use their new phone systems. You will also occasionally assist with site surveys and when in the office, help with resolving service requests.

Pay: From £34,000.00 per year
