We are a medical group practice that specializes in the medical and psychiatric needs of patients with substance use disorders and/or mental health history. We are currently seeking a MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) mid level provider (physician assistant or nurse practitioner) with experience in substance use disorders. This is position is Monday through Friday, 6 hours a day.
We provide these services to mental health and addiction recovery centers in Florida and Louisiana to patients via telehealth and currently seeking a provider for 30 hrs a week, 5 days, 6 hrs daily. This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant with experience in addiction medicine and/or psychiatry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Florida Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
• CPR certification
• Electronic Medical Record ability
• Florida DEA Licence
• Proficient in spanish - preferred
• References required

  Candidates with experience in psychiatric evaluations, addiction recovery, and medication management are preferred.
