Your Opportunity We’re seeking a passionate and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, LBA) to join our fully remote telehealth team. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while delivering high-quality, individualized care to children across Arizona. What You’ll Do Design & Implement ABA Plans: Create individualized treatment plans that make a meaningful impact. Assess & Track Progress: Conduct thorough assessments and monitor client outcomes through data-driven insights. Mentor & Guide: Support and inspire Behavior Technicians working with your clients. Collaborate with Families: Build strong partnerships with caregivers to ensure cohesive, effective care. Manage Documentation: Complete planning, progress notes, and all required documentation from the comfort of your home. Stay Current: Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices to enhance your professional growth and client outcomes. What You Bring to the Table Active BCBA and AZ LBA Certification – absolutely required! Minimum 2 years’ experience as a BCBA/LBA – a plus! At least 1 year of telehealth experience – comfortable delivering ABA services remotely. Engaging Approach to Client Care – skilled in developing individualized programs that make a difference. Excellent Communication & Teamwork – able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families. Passion for ABA Therapy – committed to empowering children and supporting their growth.
