Job Details Job Location: Headquarters - Mokena, IL Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Graduate Degree Salary Range: $100.00 - $125.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Remote Job Shift: Open Availability Job Category: Psychologist Description Join our early intervention diagnostic program The Telehealth Diagnostician is responsible for using standardized, validated assessments to diagnose suspected autism within the pediatric population via telehealth. Collaborate and coordinate referrals, when appropriate, for ABA services within Westside Perks & Benefits: Flexible work options: choose to work as a contractor (1099) or employee (W2) Competitive hourly rates: $100–$125/hour Strong salary model: $110,000–$140,000 with bonus potential Comprehensive Benefits; Including 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation, Sick Days & Holidays CEU & Professional Development Reimbursement What You’ll Do: Conduct assessments for suspected autism using validated tools (e.g., BOSA, ADOS-2, Vineland, ADI-R) Write clear, comprehensive diagnostic reports within the Westside app using test data and clinical observations Complete up to 40 diagnostic assessments per month Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D) in Clinical or School Psychology from an APA accredited program Internship training and post-doctoral training in psychological assessment and psychotherapeutic treatment with children Current Illinois Registration/licensure in Clinical Psychology or license-eligible Experience conducting pediatric psychological evaluations What Makes You a Great Fit: Formal training and proficiency administering the ADOS-2 A genuine passion for working with children with developmental delays A strong belief in early intervention and desire to work with young children (ages 2+) Why Join Westside?
