SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a Full time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the State of Missouri. Must be licensed in Missouri with active DEA in Missouri as well! This is a fully remote position. Patients will be seen in Central Standard time zone. Due to Missouri state guidelines for DEA, if you do not have a DEA already fully active in Missouri, We will not be able to consider your application. SynergenX and Low T Center are health clinics dedicated to improving mens' health and quality of life through hormone replacement therapy for Men (self-inject) and weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a mid-level provider to deliver quality care specifically for HRT for men and women. Due to the nature of the expansion of SynergenX and Low T Center, there is potential for professional growth for the right candidate. This is a very unique opportunity for a PA or NP to be part of the foundation and bright future of this company. The PA or NP needs to have: Sound medical decision making abilities Current experience delivering Telehealth Ability to connect with patients via Telehealth and Quality patient relationship skills Active Missouri FNP or PA state license in good standing with Missouri being under your primary taxonomy NPI number ** REQUIRED*** Due to Missouri state guidelines for DEA, if you do not have a DEA already in Missouri, We will not be able to consider your application. Responsibilities

The provider will serve as a mid-level provider, delivering quality care specifically for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for men and women, as well as weight management programs, treating patients remotely within the State of Missouri. Patients will be seen during Central Standard Time business hours, Monday through Friday.
