Since 2016, Outlook Psychology Practice has been a trusted provider of evidence-based mental health services to rural and remote communities across Australia. We offer therapy, EAP, and psychological assessments through strong referral pathways from GPs, government agencies, EAP providers, community organisations, and self-referrals.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re expanding our team and seeking passionate Registered Psychologists, Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, and Occupational Therapists (Mental Health) to join us in fully remote subcontractor roles. These positions offer autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact, without compromising your work–life balance.
You’ll provide therapy and/or assessments for children, adolescents, and adults across a range of presentations, with a strong focus on trauma-informed and culturally safe care.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy and assessments via secure telehealth
• Prepare professional reports for clinical, educational, and occupational purposes
• Liaise with GPs, referrers, and other services for coordinated care
• Provide culturally safe, trauma-informed care, including for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients
• Maintain accurate records and engage in ongoing professional development
