JD FOR SALES MANAGER:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Mulk Med Healthcare’s reach.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships in the healthcare
ecosystem, locally & internationally.
Lead negotiations and contract closures with hospitals, clinics, insurance companies,
pharmacies, and corporate clients.
Drive B2B and B2C sales of Mulk Med’s healthcare services and telehealth solutions.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their requirements.
Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring a seamless experience with Mulk Med’s services.
3. Sales Performance & Market Intelligence
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and key opportunities to
senior management.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to enhance
service offerings.
If applicable, build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing training and
mentorship.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
