JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to potential new patients, providing information about our services, and helping individuals schedule appointments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great communication skills who enjoy helping others and working from home

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in telemarketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with technical sales or technology sales is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to communicate product benefits effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in sales or business development roles will be advantageous.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
• A proactive approach to learning about market dynamics and customer needs is essential.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/ Spanish) Preferred..
• Must have previous phone- based experience, especially in customer service or sales.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast- paced, goal- oriented environment.
• Access to a quiet workspace, reliable phone, and internet connection
• Positive attitude, punctual, and self- motivated .

• Make outbound calls to potential new patients using provided call list.
• Clearly explain services offered by Advance Care Providers.
• Collect and confirm basic patient information during calls.
• Schedule follow- up appointments or forward leads to appropriate team members.
• Meet weekly call and conversion goals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and patient interactions.
