  • Job Title: Telesales Executive – Appointment Setting
    Location: Grays
    Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (with the possibility of an early finish daily)
    Salary: Basic pay + Uncapped Commission Structure
    About the Role
    We are seeking a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to our existing customer database and booking appointments in line with our business requirements.
    This role is perfect for someone with a persuasive personality, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to build quick rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers from our database.
  • Book appointments to meet agreed targets and business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments booked.
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve company goals.
