• Qualify prospects, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with consultants to convert leads into placements

Ideal Candidate :

• Experience in cold calling, telesales, or recruitment outreach
• Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive ability
• Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Bahasa, Tamil) a plus
