REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to corporate professionals.
• Prior telemarketing, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willing to work in the West.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new leads and promoting our catering services to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cold Calling & Outreach : Contact prospective clients from our database to establish connections with decision-makers such as event coordinators, HR representatives, or staff welfare officers.
• Service Introduction : Professionally introduce Liang Yuan Catering’s services and highlight our unique offerings, including special privileges tailored for corporate partners.
• Email Follow-Up : Send invitation emails, brochures, and promotional materials to prospective clients to encourage engagement.
• Database Management : Update and maintain an accurate client database by recording correct contact details and decision-makers.
• Lead Nurturing : Build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent follow-up communication.
