  • Prior telemarketing, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cold Calling & Outreach : Contact prospective clients from our database to establish connections with decision-makers such as event coordinators, HR representatives, or staff welfare officers.
  • Service Introduction : Professionally introduce Liang Yuan Catering’s services and highlight our unique offerings, including special privileges tailored for corporate partners.
  • Email Follow-Up : Send invitation emails, brochures, and promotional materials to prospective clients to encourage engagement.
  • Database Management : Update and maintain an accurate client database by recording correct contact details and decision-makers.
  • Lead Nurturing : Build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent follow-up communication.
