IMMEDIATE POSITION: TELE-MARKETER

Job Scope:

• Cold calling to identify potential clients
• Answering incoming calls from prospective clients
• Identify and understand prospects’ requirements
• Persuade prospects by demonstrating how services meet their needs
• Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
• Record the prospects information accurately in a company systems
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements:

• IT Savvy
• Independent, Driven, Responsible
• Articulate, Persuasive
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members, internal and external customers.
• Strong work ethic, quick learner and willing to work with a fast-paced team
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

• Knowledge of HTML = Bonus* Knowledge of Wordpress development = Bonus
