Right now we’re looking to grow our dynamic team with a highly motivated Telemarketer who has the determination to succeed in a fast-paced, performance driven environment. As part of our team you will be setting new business appointments for our Business Development Managers to attend. We supply world-class products to small and medium-sized enterprises in three main markets: business mobiles, business landline solutions and business broadband.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing software and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is beneficial.
  • A proven ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport quickly.
  • A proactive attitude towards achieving targets and contributing to team success.

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions using telemarketing software, including Salesforce.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine marketing strategies.
